To celebrate TJ Maxx superfans, we created the Maxxinista Express, a multi-city holiday tour built to turn fandom into a full-blown road trip. In partnership with THE West Coast Customs, we transformed a double-decker bus into a rolling holiday fantasy, complete with festive décor, snacks, games, and exclusive swag.
Because for Maxxinistas, one store is never enough! Over three weekends, 90 superfans boarded the bus to “Maxx-hop” through multiple TJ Maxx stores across LA, Dallas, and Miami. Each stop was packed with TJ Maxx trivia, shopping challenges, and surprises celebrating the joy of the gifting haul.
Designed as a social-first brand act, the Maxxinista Express brought TJ Maxx fandom to life in the loudest way possible. We put Maxxinistas front and center as the true icons of the brand.
